ABOUT US First Capital Real Estate Developments Ltd. (The Company) was incorporated on May 4th, 2007 in Nevada, USA. It is owned by 25 shareholders, with more investing in the company on a regular basis. The Company is engaged in two separate real estate acquisition programs that fall under two major categories which are outlined below: Urban City Locations—Commercial rental properties or development sites. Major Highway Locations—High visibility / traffic areas located at major entrance points to large metropolitan centers (i.e. Los Angeles). Acquisition properties may be income producing sites or development sites. Strict policies and screening procedures shall be implemented to ensure only the best possible national and local retail tenants are secured. Initial research shows there are hundreds of thousands of potential sites in North America and around the world which could serve as potential acquisition properties for The Company. The Company's future success is reliant on proper financing and the implementation of a comprehensive Operations Plan (i.e. hiring, training and maintaining a qualified acquisition team); these initiatives are progressing very well to date. The Management Team is a group of seasoned and qualified professionals who are entirely devoted to The Company's long term success. It is anticipated that the Company will have no difficulty in achieving both short and long term objectives.
